VIT Technology Business Incubator (VIT-TBI) is a joint initiative between VIT University and Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. VITTBI provides incubation support to start-up ventures.
The objective of this Accelerated Business Coaching Programme on Mobile Applications Development is to

Expose the participants to the key steps in startup venturing process and equip them with adequate technical knowledge in Mobile Applications Development.

Equip them with requisite skills, knowledge and competencies for effective initiation of a startup venture in Mobile Value Added Services.

Select qualifying startups from this program for incubation support in VITTBI and provide access to seed funding support (maximum of Rs.50 Lakhs / venture)
This 6-week non-residential training programme will cover essentials of Entrepreneurship, basics of Marketing, Finance, HR etc., and will provide ample exposure to various facets of mobile apps business that include Opportunity Identification, User Experience, Gaming & Animation, Location aware application building, performance boosting, iOS, Windows, Android, j2ME platforms and their functionalities. This programme will also equip the participants to write and present a Business Plan and throw open opportunities to Business Incubation at the VIT Technology Business Incubator. Eligibility: Graduate in Engineering / Science / BCA /MCA with interest / exposure to mobile app development and planning to start a venture in mobile application domain.
Resource: Technical sessions and mobile industry insights by consultants from MobiDex360 Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. The sessions on Entrepreneurship and basic Business inputs will be provided by resource persons from VIT Business School, VITTBI, entrepreneurs and industry experts.
